We offer 12–20 month lease terms.
A government-issued photo ID and proof of income are required for application processing.
Application Fee: $75 each
Admin Fee: $250 each

An application is required for any applicant 19 and over. Qualifying criteria can be found in the application process.
No, subleasing is not allowed.
Proof of a minimum of $100,000 liability insurance is required at move-in. Personal property insurance is not required but highly recommended.

We are already set up with Elauwit for Site-Wide Internet, which means no separate account is required.
Pet Rent: $20/pet per month
Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $350 (1 pet) / $600 (2 pets)

Dog weight limit: Total of 125 lbs for 2 pets
Residents set up their own electric account through Huntsville Utilities and pay directly to the provider. Water is submetered and billed in arrears with rent based on usage.
Storage and reserved parking spaces are offered. EV Charging Cost Information can be found by scanning the QR code on the device. Please contact us for more information and availability.
Termination fees vary by rent amount and are listed in the lease agreement
Transfers: $750 (please check for specific terms)
Replacement fobs: $75 each
Maintenance requests can be placed online through the Wellory Living resident app, in person at the office, or over the phone to the leasing office.
